Kate Moross

Kate Moross....

Kate Moross is a 27 year old from London, she is jewish and also lesbian. She is the director of Studio Moross and loves three sided shapes. She is also a designer and an illustrator. Moross ran with the Torch in Lewisham for the London Olympics 2012. Moross is also known for her typographic illustration. Her achievements include a nationwide billboard campaign for Cadburys, a signature clothing range for Topshop and illustrations for Vogue Magazine. Moross attended South Hampstead High School for primary and secondary school. She studied an art foundation at Wimbledon School of Art, and went on to complete her BA Degree at Camberwell School of Art in 2008.

Making my own...

The first step to making my own Kate Moross was to start drawing. If someone was to look at it then it will give information about you. 


This is what mine looked like when I finished drawing it. I added things that was important to me like where I live, my star sign and my nationality. I added my favourite TV show and Facebook because they are daily thinks in my lives. I added my interests like makeup and my favourite word 'Yolo.' 



This is what it looked like when I finished colouring it in on the computer. I like the black and white grid around the edge because it draws more attention to the middle. I chose to go for bold, bright colours to make it stand out. My favourite part about it is the rainbow going through the middle. I added this because I think its blod, colourful and quirky like me.The only thing I would change about it is the top left corner. To me, it looks dull and boring and too blue.
